Test new article editor validation monkey
New field limit that do not exceed table design (uses limits set in editor, but overrides those limits automatically if they exceed table design).
New error messages that explain more clearly the issue.
Reduced probability of having submission fail with an exception dump that fails to identify which field was out of tolerance.
